7Vachan Services Private Limited is an online marketplace which enables the Customer and Vendor to discover, communicate and do business with each other. The delivery of service shall at all times be the sole responsibility of the Vendor and 7Vachan Services Private Limited is not responsible for the same. Similarly, payment for services shall at all times be the sole responsibility of the Customer and 7Vachan Services Private Limited is not responsible for the same.
Order Acceptance – The Vendor is required to accept and confirm this order within 24 hours. In case the order is not accepted and confirmed by the Vendor within 24 hours, the order shall stand cancelled and any booking deposit paid by the Customer shall be refunded in full within 7 working days.
Cancellation Policy – In case of any booking cancellation, all amounts paid / payable by the Customer till the date of the cancellation are non-refundable and non-adjustable.
Rescheduling and Variations – Order Rescheduling and Variations may be possible depending on the availability of the Vendor. However amount already paid by the Customer is not refundable under any circumstance.
Payment – In case the Customer fails to make payments as per the payment schedule indicated in this order confirmation, 7Vachan Services Private Limited and / or the Vendor retain the right to cancel the booking (without any refund) and / or withhold any deliverables to the Customer.
Travel & Accommodation Expenses – Any travel and conveyance expenses within the Vendor’s home city are included in the fees indicated in this order confirmation. If any services are required to be performed outside the Vendor’s home city, travel and accommodation expenses shall be borne by the Customer at actuals. Any such expenses shall always be pre-approved by the Customer.
Liability – If the Vendor is unable to perform any or all of the deliverables mentioned in the order form for any reason and if the Vendor does not provide another competent professional to perform the deliverables, all the money paid by the Customer, minus expenses, shall be returned to the Customer by the Vendor and the Vendor or 7Vachan Services Private Limited shall have no further liability with respect to this order.
Model Release – The Vendor and 7Vachan Services Private Limited shall have the irrevocable right to use the photographs in all forms and in all media and in all manners, without any restriction as to changes or alteration, for advertising, trade, promotion, exhibition or any other lawful purpose.
