    Yes we can domenu changes but as per offered structure . Amy additions / Live counters will be charged as per actaul . Our chef will be glad to meet guest and finalize the event menu

  • Menu : Do you allow outside catering?

    No

  • Alcohol : Is outside Alcohol allowed? Can one or two premier brands be allowed?

    No

  • Decorator : Is outside decorator allowed? If not, can you indicate the rough price range of inhouse decorator for a wedding event?

  • Payment : Can I divide the amount in cash and cheque components? Are there any tax waivers?

    If the Payment isincash then we would need PAN . If cheque payment wewould need amount 1 week before event . We would request the payment by cash or card post event. All applicable taxes will be charged

  • Billing : In max how many people names can I make the contract in? How will the bill amount be divided?

    We will be able to arrange single bill only . Bill will be raised as per Booking Name /contract name

  • Payment terms and Cancellation Policy: Kindly elaborate

    6.1 In case of cancellation, more than 60 days before commencement of the event, no retention charge will be levied. 6.2 In case of a cancellation between 60 days and 30 days prior to the commencement of the event, the Hotel reserves the right to charge 25% of the total estimated billing as retention. 6.3 In case of a cancellation between 30 days and 15 days prior to commencement of the event, the Hotel reserves the right to charge 50% of the total estimated billing as retention. 6.4 In case of a cancellation less than 15 days prior to commencement of the event, the Hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the expected bill as retention 6.5 In the event of postponement of the event to another date, it is to be treated as a cancellation; the above guidelines would still apply.

  • Licenses : Will the hotel procure licenses for our event or will we have to do it?

    we can procure as per Govt charges or you can also procure .but you need to share the license copy to us 2 daysbefore the event

  • Check In : What are the standard check in and check out policies? Can we get early check in or late check out depending on my guests travel plans

    1.All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by a credit card / travel agency voucher /company guarantee letter 2.Our standard check in time is 14:00 hrs and check out time is 12:00 hrs. Early check in and late checkout would be on subject to availability 3.Guest needs to assist us with 100% pre-payment of the stay upon arrival. Important : in keeping with our heightened security procedure we request all guests to carry a photo-identity with address proof to present at check in. Foreign nationals are required to present their Passport and valid visa. Indian nationals can present any one of the following : Passport, Driving License, Voter ID card,Aadhar card or Bank Pass book with photograph.

  • Complimentary Rooms: Will we get a few rooms complimentary to get ready? Any complimentary suite upgrades?

    NO . We can provide 1 wash and change room for 3-4 hours . Any additional requirements will be charged as per actual.
