  • What is so unique about your property?

    Trident, Bhubaneswar is set amidst 14 acres of lush gardens and fruit orchards. Situated only 6 kilometers from the city centre the hotel provides its guests with all modern facilities, amenities and scenic views of the landscaped surroundings. The interiors of the hotel are inspired by the distinct traditional temple architecture of Orissa.

  • Music : Till what time is music allowed? Can we play soft music indoors after time? Is there an inhouse DJ?

    Music allowed till 2200hrs, soft music can be played till 2300hrs. As per hotel policy we do not allow DJ inhouse.

  • Parking : How many cars can be comfortbaly be parked? Is there valet?

    50 cars can be parked at our parking area. We do not have a valet.

  • Wedding incharge : Who will be appointed from the hotel to take care of my wedding?

  • Menu : Can we change some items in the menu composition later? Is there a chef meeting for menu selection?

    Yes.

  • Menu : Do you allow outside catering?

    No.

  • Alcohol : Is outside Alcohol allowed? Can one or two premier brands be allowed?

    No.

  • Decorator : Is outside decorator allowed? If not, can you indicate the rough price range of inhouse decorator for a wedding event?

    Yes.

  • Payment : Can I divide the amount in cash and cheque components? Are there any tax waivers?

    Yes / No

  • Billing : In max how many people names can I make the contract in? How will the bill amount be divided?

    One.

  • Payment terms and Cancellation Policy: Kindly elaborate

    Advance & Cancellation Policy - • As the hall is being blocked by you, you are requested to pay an amount equivalent to 90% of the billing amount as an advance. • The advance amount needs to be submitted to the hotel within 7 working days from the receipt of this mail. • Cancellation of the event thereof due to reasons unforeseen within a 2-4 day period prior to the confirmed date will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to 90% of the billing amount • Cancellation of the event within 48hrs of the confirmed date will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to 100% of the billing amount.

  • Licenses : Will the hotel procure licenses for our event or will we have to do it?

    You have to arrange.

  • Check In : What are the standard check in and check out policies? Can we get early check in or late check out depending on my guests travel plans

    Check In Tome - 14:00hrs &Chek Out Time - 12:00hrs. Subject to avialability we can confirm early check in or late check out on chargeble basis.

  • Complimentary Rooms: Will we get a few rooms complimentary to get ready? Any complimentary suite upgrades?

    No.
