  • Billing : In max how many people names can I make the contract in? How will the bill amount be divided?

  • Payment terms and Cancellation Policy: Kindly elaborate

    CANCELLATION • The event may be cancelled by the Client by serving a notice of not less than thirty days before the scheduled date of the event. On such cancellation, the advance amount received by the Hotel from the Client for the event will be forfeited. • If the event is cancelled with a notice of less than thirty days prior to the event, the Client will be liable to pay 100% of the estimated total billing.

  • Licenses : Will the hotel procure licenses for our event or will we have to do it?

    No

  • Check In : What are the standard check in and check out policies? Can we get early check in or late check out depending on my guests travel plans

    Early Check in & late Check out is subject to availability. 1200 to 1200 standard for check in & check out.

  • Complimentary Rooms: Will we get a few rooms complimentary to get ready? Any complimentary suite upgrades?

    One room will be provided for wash & change for 4 to 5 hours
