    The event may be cancelled by the Client by serving a notice of not less than thirty days before the scheduled date of the event. On such cancellation, the advance amount received by the Hotel from the Client for the event will be forfeited. If the event is cancelled with a notice of less than thirty days prior to the event, the Client will be liable to pay 100% of the estimated total billing.
