High bandwidth Wi-Fi, 32" LED TV in all rooms, a roof top swimming pool with breathtaking views of the city and three different Food & Beverage outlets are some of salient features of the hotel.

  • Music : Till what time is music allowed? Can we play soft music indoors after time? Is there an inhouse DJ?

    Music is allowed till 11 pm. Only hotel channel music can be played after time that too till 11.30 pm There is no inhouse DJ.

  • Parking : How many cars can be comfortbaly be parked? Is there valet?

    Only self driven cars can be parked inside the hotel. All chauffeur driven cars are parked outside the hotel. A maximum of 150 cars can be parked inside the hotel. We do have Valets available.

  • Wedding incharge : Who will be appointed from the hotel to take care of my wedding?

  • Menu : Can we change some items in the menu composition later? Is there a chef meeting for menu selection?

    Yes you can change menu composition. There will be a meting with Chef for menu finalization.

  • Menu : Do you allow outside catering?

    No we don't allow outside catering. Any food and beverages has to be taken from the hotel.

  • Alcohol : Is outside Alcohol allowed? Can one or two premier brands be allowed?

    Outside alcohol is not allowed. Any liquor, food or soft beverage has to be taken from the hotel only.

  • Decorator : Is outside decorator allowed? If not, can you indicate the rough price range of inhouse decorator for a wedding event?

    Yes you can organize your own vendor for decorations. The price depends on the type of decoration you want to do.

  • Payment : Can I divide the amount in cash and cheque components? Are there any tax waivers?

    You can pay by Cheque, credit card or cash. We are really sorry, that we wont be able to waive out or discount any taxes levied as it is government applied.

  • Billing : In max how many people names can I make the contract in? How will the bill amount be divided?

    A maximum of two, but usually for one function one contract is made. The bill amount will be as per the number of persons guaranteed.

  • Payment terms and Cancellation Policy: Kindly elaborate

    Payment terms: 1. 100% advance of the total estimated billing at the time of confirmation of the event and signing the contract. i. In case of cancellation, post the signing of the contract the Hotel reserves the right to charge a 25% of the total estimated billing as retention if the event is 60 days post signing the contract. ii. In case of a cancellation between 60 days and 30 days prior to the commencement of the event, the Hotel reserves the right to charge 50% of the total estimated billing as retention. iii. In case of a cancellation between 30 days and 15 days prior to commencement of the event, the Hotel reserves the right to charge 75% of the total estimated billing as retention. iv. In case of a cancellation less than 15 days prior to commencement of the event, the hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the expected bill as retention v. In the event of postponement of the event to another date, it is to be treated as a cancellation; the above guidelines would still apply.

  • Licenses : Will the hotel procure licenses for our event or will we have to do it?

    Hotel Will not procure any licenses. All the applicable licenses needs to be procured by the guests themselves.

  • Check In : What are the standard check in and check out policies? Can we get early check in or late check out depending on my guests travel plans

    Our standard check in check out policy is 1400 hours and 1200 noon Twin rooms & early check-ins and late check outs are subject to availability.

  • Complimentary Rooms: Will we get a few rooms complimentary to get ready? Any complimentary suite upgrades?

    Can be looked at depending on the nature and size of the event.
