1. Please confirm the booking with a letter, fax or email.
2.Confirmation will be on first cum first serve basis.
3.Cancellation if any to be intimated One Month prior to the booking date failing which 100% retention charges will be applicable.
4.The hotel will treat all the bookings made by the company as guaranteed bookings and the retention charges will be charged in the event of cancellation / amendment.
5.Mode of Payment: -30% Advance payments will be required on confirmation of the bookings and remaining balance to be cleared 24 hours prior to the event by cash/card /DD to be drawn in the favour of The Fern Residency (Unit of SGSR group).”
6.In case of any incidental charges above agreed package to be cleared by the guests by cash or credit only before or at the time of the event. no Cheque payment will be accepted in any case.
