Overview
Sereniity Resort is situated at a prime location in Tungarli, Lonavala. It is 2200 feet above the sea level. It has serene and picturesque location close to Hotel The Lagoona. Also Tungarli Lake and Dam is the place where youth climb the mountain top to the Dam and also do rappelling. It is an excellent place for backpack camping. There are some celebrity bungalows in the nearby area.It’s a beautiful venue for weddings, anniversary and birthday celebrations, office gatherings, conferences, training programs etc...The Sereniity Resort is spread on about 1.5 acres and is located in Lonavala near Khandala, between Pune and Mumbai Express Highway, close to Mumbai and Pune.

  • What is so unique about your property?

    Since it is a villa complex , It's got a rustic feel close to amids nature, with the backdrop of tungarli mountains giving a complete hill station experience .

  • Music : Till what time is music allowed? Can we play soft music indoors after time? Is there an inhouse DJ?

    Yes : If you require we can arrange but it needs to be finalize 15 days before the event.

  • Menu : Do you allow outside catering?

    Yes

  • Alcohol : Is outside Alcohol allowed? Can one or two premier brands be allowed?

    It is but you have to pay additional charges

  • Decorator : Is outside decorator allowed? If not, can you indicate the rough price range of inhouse decorator for a wedding event?

    Yes with a royalty : That depends on the type of decoration approx 2 L +

  • Payment : Can I divide the amount in cash and cheque components? Are there any tax waivers?

    Yes: No

  • Billing : In max how many people names can I make the contract in? How will the bill amount be divided?

    Max: 2 - 4 : Can be mutually decided

  • Payment terms and Cancellation Policy: Kindly elaborate

     In case of cancellation or postponement of the proposed event, within 60 days from the date of the confirmed reservation, you shall be liable to pay 100% of the charges as retention of the guaranteed revenue.  In case of cancellation or postponement of the proposed event, between 60 – 120 days from the date of the confirmed reservation, you shall be liable to pay 50% of the charges as retention of the guaranteed revenue.  In case of the cancellation or postponement of the proposed event, more than 120-180 days from the date of the confirmed reservation, you shall be liable to pay 25% of the charges as retention of the guaranteed revenue.

  • Check In : What are the standard check in and check out policies? Can we get early check in or late check out depending on my guests travel plans

    Check In: 10.30 am : Check out: 12 noon : Depending on the availablity

  • Complimentary Rooms: Will we get a few rooms complimentary to get ready? Any complimentary suite upgrades?
