Guests have access to in-room amenities like television with cable connection, DVD Player, direct dialling telephone, intercom facility, fruit basket, tea / coffee maker, mineral water, mini refrigerator, sofa unit, study table, fire place, daily newspaper, safe deposit locker, iron & ironing board (on request) and Wi-Fi internet. Additional facilities like snack basket and mini bar are provided on chargeable basis. Besides bathroom toiletries and shower area, the attached washrooms have hot and cold running water facility. The coffee shop opens for breakfast from 6 am to 10.30 am, lunch from 12.30 pm to 3.30 pm, and dinner from 7.30 pm till 11 pm. There is also a speciality restaurant at the roof top called 'Barbeque Nation' that offers grilled dishes from 7.30 pm to 11 pm. The well-stocked bar at the hotel offers a fine choice of exhilarating drinks and refreshing beverages. Conferences & Banquets Sayaji Hotels Ltd has three conference venues, namely Sapphire Hall, Emerald 1 and Emerald 2. Equipped with essential business amenities, the conference venues at Sayaji Hotels Ltd are ideal for conferences, business meetings and other related events. Sapphire Hall can accommodate up to 120 guests in theatre style, 55 guests in U Shape and 70 guests in Round Table. While Emerald 2 is a board room for 12 guests, Emerald 1 is a conference room for up to 30 guests in theatre style, 20 guests in U Shape as well as Round Table styles. Services & Facilities Guests can unwind themselves at the gymnasium / health club, which is equipped with modern exercising equipments. Later on guests can visit the swimming pool and relax in clean water.   • Music : Till what time is music allowed? Can we play soft music indoors after time? Is there an inhouse DJ?

    till 10 Pm music will be allowed, after that any kind of Music will not allowed. DJ is not allowed in open lawn.

  • Parking : How many cars can be comfortbaly be parked? Is there valet?

    50 cars can park confirtabaly. We have valet for the same.

  • Wedding incharge : Who will be appointed from the hotel to take care of my wedding?

  • Menu : Can we change some items in the menu composition later? Is there a chef meeting for menu selection?

    We do not Change Menu iteam. Yes during the Menu selection time chef will be there for help you for the same

  • Alcohol : Is outside Alcohol allowed? Can one or two premier brands be allowed?

    Outside liquor is allowed. No corkage will be charged to the guest. Only Beer, Breezers and Wine are not allowed from outside.

  • Decorator : Is outside decorator allowed? If not, can you indicate the rough price range of inhouse decorator for a wedding event?

    Outside decorate is not allowed. Aproximate decoratin renge will start from Rs. 25,000 /- onwards

  • Payment : Can I divide the amount in cash and cheque components? Are there any tax waivers?

    you can pay in cash and cheque but taxes will not waivers.

  • Payment terms and Cancellation Policy: Kindly elaborate

    1. Cancellation of a function must be received in writing, and acknowledged by the Hotel. 2. In case of cancellation, or change in date of a function, all advances received are non-refundable but can be adjusted if the same function happens in future dates

  • Licenses : Will the hotel procure licenses for our event or will we have to do it?
