The 4 star rated Royal Orchid Central is located in the business district of Vadodara. The hotel is close to the Maharaja Fateh Singh Museum and roughly 20 minutes' drive from the Vadodara Airport.   • What is so unique about your property?

    Located Ideally in the serene residential area of Akota Road, a Contemporary hotel equipped with state of art ambience and services.

  • Music : Till what time is music allowed? Can we play soft music indoors after time? Is there an inhouse DJ?

    Closing Time 2200 Hrs after that no music can be played in amplified audio devices.

  • Parking : How many cars can be comfortbaly be parked? Is there valet?

    Around 30 Cars Can be parked comfortably, Valet services are available from 0800 Hrs till 2200 Hrs.

  • Wedding incharge : Who will be appointed from the hotel to take care of my wedding?

    A team leader will always be on disposal of call, individual names with contact details will be given at the time of confirming the booking.

  • Menu : Can we change some items in the menu composition later? Is there a chef meeting for menu selection?

    Menu items can be changed until the final menu is chosen (at least 10 days prior to function). In case of and culinary expertise of guidance is required Chef can be made available for the menu discussion.

  • Alcohol : Is outside Alcohol allowed? Can one or two premier brands be allowed?

    Hotel is situated in Alcohol restricted state, However the group permit can be obtained from the Department Of Prohibition. If permit is procured and Alcohol is consumed in the premises the Corkage will be charged. Any illicit unit of liquor will be confiscated and destroyed by the management.

  • Decorator : Is outside decorator allowed? If not, can you indicate the rough price range of inhouse decorator for a wedding event?

    Outside decorator is allowed if the hotel contracted decorator is not able to provide the desired solutions to Client. Still before finalising the vendor a meeting of decorator with Banquet Team Leader is mandatory, in which terms and conditions and Dos and Donts will be informed to the decorator.

  • Payment : Can I divide the amount in cash and cheque components? Are there any tax waivers?

    Amount can be divided into Cash and Cheque, although tax waiver will not be applicable on basis of mode of payment. Its mandatory that the cheque should be materialised before the final billing is done.

  • Billing : In max how many people names can I make the contract in? How will the bill amount be divided?

    Contract will be carried out in one name only, however for in house staying guests bills will be made in individual names.

  • Payment terms and Cancellation Policy: Kindly elaborate

    50% Advance of the total cost will be taken at the time of confirming the booking, after that rest 50% at least 15 days prior to the check in date. Any cancellation 45 days prior to event date will attract 50 % retention, cancellation prior to 30 days of the even will attract 100% retention. Conditions may vary as per further mutual agreement.

  • Licenses : Will the hotel procure licenses for our event or will we have to do it?

    Licences for PPL or any procession will have to be procured by Client only.

  • Check In : What are the standard check in and check out policies? Can we get early check in or late check out depending on my guests travel plans

    Check and Check out time is 1200 Hrs, however some flexibility can be shown as per policies/availability/monetary compensation.

  • Complimentary Rooms: Will we get a few rooms complimentary to get ready? Any complimentary suite upgrades?

    One room can be allotted complimentary for day use to get ready, depends upon availability.
