  • What is so unique about your property?

    Sky Lounge is a 3500 sq feet Open to air venue with a beautiful poolside view. Ideal to host weddings & Anniversaries

  • Music : Till what time is music allowed? Can we play soft music indoors after time? Is there an inhouse DJ?

    Music is allowed till 10 pm. Soft music indoors is permitted till 10.30 pm. DJ can be arranged with applicable charges

  • Parking : How many cars can be comfortbaly be parked? Is there valet?

    150 cars. Valet is available.

  • Wedding incharge : Who will be appointed from the hotel to take care of my wedding?

  • Menu : Can we change some items in the menu composition later? Is there a chef meeting for menu selection?

    Menu items can be changed before 72 hours. However, in certain cases, more time may be required depending on the menu item. Chef meeting can be arranged.

  • Alcohol : Is outside Alcohol allowed? Can one or two premier brands be allowed?

    Outside Alcohol is not allowed. Hotel has a discounted Banquet Liquor price for bottles.

  • Decorator : Is outside decorator allowed? If not, can you indicate the rough price range of inhouse decorator for a wedding event?

    Administrative charges of 20% on decor cost are applicable for outside vendors. In house vendors price range would be from 25.000 & depends on the decor.

  • Payment : Can I divide the amount in cash and cheque components? Are there any tax waivers?

    Cash Payments would need PAN card details. No waivers for cash payment.

  • Billing : In max how many people names can I make the contract in? How will the bill amount be divided?

    Negotiable.

  • Payment terms and Cancellation Policy: Kindly elaborate

    Payment: 50% advance to be paid at the time of booking. Remaining amount at the time of menu finalization. Cancellation:25% cancellation charges are applicable if event is cancelled 30 days before the event. 50% cancellation charges are applicable if event is cancelled 30 days before the event. 100% cancellation charges are applicable if event is cancelled 30 days before the event.

  • Licenses : Will the hotel procure licenses for our event or will we have to do it?

    Hotel will procure all required licenses.

  • Check In : What are the standard check in and check out policies? Can we get early check in or late check out depending on my guests travel plans

    Check in & Check out time is 12.00 pm. early

  • Complimentary Rooms: Will we get a few rooms complimentary to get ready? Any complimentary suite upgrades?
