  • Payment terms and Cancellation Policy: Kindly elaborate

    50% of the total Minimum Guarantee to be paid in terms of advances to confirm the booking. The remaining amount to be settled at end of the program through Credit Card, Cash, or Company's Cheque. Billing would be at the agreed rate for the no of guest’s guaranteed or actual number of guest, whichever is higher. We do not accept personal Cheque at the end of the function. 25% Cancellation charge of cancelled before 14 Days from the Date of the Event. 50% Cancellation charge if cancelled before 7 Days from the Date of the Event. 100% Cancellation charge if cancelled before 2 Days from the Date of the Event.

  • Licenses : Will the hotel procure licenses for our event or will we have to do it?

  • Check In : What are the standard check in and check out policies? Can we get early check in or late check out depending on my guests travel plans
