Things You Should Know
  • What is so unique about your property?

    All our indoor venues are pillarless with attached pre-fucntion area for serving buffet. All out door venues are open lawn ovwerlooking Powai lake.

  • Music : Till what time is music allowed? Can we play soft music indoors after time? Is there an inhouse DJ?

    In indoor venue music is allowed uptill 1200hrs post which backgroud music is allowed. In outdoor venue music is allowed uptill 2200hrs only.

  • Parking : How many cars can be comfortbaly be parked? Is there valet?

    We do have valet but car parking is on first cum first basis.

  • Wedding incharge : Who will be appointed from the hotel to take care of my wedding?

    We will have one dedicated person from our events team to handle your event exculsively.

  • Menu : Can we change some items in the menu composition later? Is there a chef meeting for menu selection?

    Yes we do introduce you to our chef for finalising menu. While signing the contract we finalise only on menu composition but menu choice is completely your's

  • Alcohol : Is outside Alcohol allowed? Can one or two premier brands be allowed?

    No, We do not allow outside alcohol.

  • Decorator : Is outside decorator allowed? If not, can you indicate the rough price range of inhouse decorator for a wedding event?

    No we do not allow outside decorator. We do have 5 decorator on our panel with whom guest can work

  • Payment : Can I divide the amount in cash and cheque components? Are there any tax waivers?

    100% payment has to be done (as per contract) 10 days prior to the event. We do not accept cash above 24,000/- without pancard.

  • Billing : In max how many people names can I make the contract in? How will the bill amount be divided?

    This will depend on the venue & number of event you host with us.

  • Payment terms and Cancellation Policy: Kindly elaborate

    Will vary as per date of event.

  • Licenses : Will the hotel procure licenses for our event or will we have to do it?

    Guest has to procure their own licenses. Though we do have Mr. Shivkumar as a free lancer for procuring licenses who can assist guest.

  • Check In : What are the standard check in and check out policies? Can we get early check in or late check out depending on my guests travel plans

    Our check in time is 1500hrs & check out time is 1200hrs. We can work on early check in & late check out on case to case basis.

  • Complimentary Rooms: Will we get a few rooms complimentary to get ready? Any complimentary suite upgrades?

    We will offer 02 wash & change room on the day of the event for 05 hours each.
