    Ramada Udaipur Resorts and Spa is located in the beautiful city of Lakes, in the lap of prestigious Aravalli Hill and is renowned for its luxury and consistent service excellence. Ramada Udaipur offers a wide range of facilities and services to meet all our guests needs. These include fitness, shopping and dining. The traditional architecture of the resort sets it apart from other venues in the city. Design of the resort is contextual primarily to the Mewar region, and specifically to the traditional construction known as “Tekri Work”. Maximum utilization of traditional material & latest technology complemented with contemporary life style is present in the luxurious resort.

  • Music : Till what time is music allowed? Can we play soft music indoors after time? Is there an inhouse DJ?

    Music is allowed till 10.30 p.m. We do not ave any in house D.J. An outside D.J can be organised by the hotel but that would be on separate charges.

  • Parking : How many cars can be comfortbaly be parked? Is there valet?

    We have parking space for 400 cars. Also if you are bringing your guests in a luxury bus like a Volvo we have space for them too. So get your guests in cars or Bus we have more than sufficient space for both.

  • Wedding incharge : Who will be appointed from the hotel to take care of my wedding?

    Right from the starting to one of our senior managers will act as your one point contact for all your queries, requirement.

  • Menu : Can we change some items in the menu composition later? Is there a chef meeting for menu selection?

    Indian, Italian, Chinese and a lot more... We can customize the menu as per your choice and preferences. There will be a meeting with chef & a food tasting session which will be held before your wedding so that you are completely satisfied and happy with the menu choices.

  • Menu : Do you allow outside catering?

    No we do not allow outside catering services in the hotel

  • Alcohol : Is outside Alcohol allowed? Can one or two premier brands be allowed?

    We have a wide range of Premium Wines, Spirits & beverages will cater to all your needs & requirement. Hence we will not be able to to allow any outside alcohol in the hotel.

  • Decorator : Is outside decorator allowed? If not, can you indicate the rough price range of inhouse decorator for a wedding event?

  • Payment : Can I divide the amount in cash and cheque components? Are there any tax waivers?

  • Billing : In max how many people names can I make the contract in? How will the bill amount be divided?

  • Payment terms and Cancellation Policy: Kindly elaborate

    30% of the total package at the time of Confirmation (Good Faith Deposit) Non Refundable..30% of the total package , 3 months (90 days) prior to the arrival date..20% of the total package, 45 days prior to the arrival date...20% of the total package, 10 days prior to the arrival date

  • Licenses : Will the hotel procure licenses for our event or will we have to do it?

    Guest or Event company will have to procure all the necessary Licences

  • Check In : What are the standard check in and check out policies? Can we get early check in or late check out depending on my guests travel plans

    Check in time is 1400 hrs and Check out time is 1200 noon..Early check in and late check out are subject to availability
