Things You Should Know
  • What is so unique about your property?

    Helipad area , swimming Pool, Pitch and Putt

  • Music : Till what time is music allowed? Can we play soft music indoors after time? Is there an inhouse DJ?

    We do not have any inhouse DJ and the same will be charged extra. DJ in the open venue can be played till 10.00pm and in the hall DJ can be played till 11.00pm

  • Parking : How many cars can be comfortbaly be parked? Is there valet?

    We have 2 car parking ( Phase I and Phase II ) and easily 600 cars can be parked, according to the no of cars Valet will be arranged on a chargeable basis

  • Wedding incharge : Who will be appointed from the hotel to take care of my wedding?

    From the hotel 2 incharge will be available ( One for the rooms and one for the banquets )

  • Menu : Can we change some items in the menu composition later? Is there a chef meeting for menu selection?

    Yes, menu selection can be done with the prior appoinment

  • Alcohol : Is outside Alcohol allowed? Can one or two premier brands be allowed?

    Only hard liquor can be brought from your end and for the same bar handling charges will be charged @ Rs.500+17.36% Taxes per bottle but soda, soft drinks, wine, chilled juices and snacks has to take only from the hotel end on a chargeable basis

  • Decorator : Is outside decorator allowed? If not, can you indicate the rough price range of inhouse decorator for a wedding event?

    Decorator can be brought from your end. If required our regular decorator details will be shared and payment to be done to the vendor directly

  • Payment : Can I divide the amount in cash and cheque components? Are there any tax waivers?

    There is no Tax Waivers. Payment can be done only by cash, cheque or Credit card ( Cheque will be accepted before 15 days of the event only )

  • Billing : In max how many people names can I make the contract in? How will the bill amount be divided?

    The same will be discussed during the property visit

  • Payment terms and Cancellation Policy: Kindly elaborate

    ·        The entire advance paid would be forfeited if the event is cancelled after payment of advance. ·        We shall permit cancellation up to 10% of the total rooms confirmed, 30 days before event check in. Thereafter any rooms cancelled will attract full retention charges.

  • Licenses : Will the hotel procure licenses for our event or will we have to do it?

    License has to take care from your end and copy of the same to produce before one week of the event

  • Check In : What are the standard check in and check out policies? Can we get early check in or late check out depending on my guests travel plans

    Please note our check-in time is 1500 Hours & check out time is 12Noon. Early check in & late check out will be subject to availability & same will be confirmed nearer to the date.

  • Complimentary Rooms: Will we get a few rooms complimentary to get ready? Any complimentary suite upgrades?
