  • Music : Till what time is music allowed? Can we play soft music indoors after time? Is there an inhouse DJ?

    2345 hours is the last time as per govenrmrnt norms and Yes, you can play Channel music from hotel side after deadline timing.

  • Parking : How many cars can be comfortbaly be parked? Is there valet?

    1200 Cars can be parked very easily and we do provide Valet service free of cost at our hotel.

  • Wedding incharge : Who will be appointed from the hotel to take care of my wedding?

    There will be one dedicated Event Manager from Banquet Sales Team and Banquet operations team for your wedding event.

  • Menu : Can we change some items in the menu composition later? Is there a chef meeting for menu selection?

    We can customize the menu as per Client preference and Yes, there will be Chef meeting also for menu selection.

  • Alcohol : Is outside Alcohol allowed? Can one or two premier brands be allowed?

    Not allowed as per delhi government policy and norms.

  • Decorator : Is outside decorator allowed? If not, can you indicate the rough price range of inhouse decorator for a wedding event?

    Outside decorator not allowed, Basic flower decoration starts with INR 1,00,000 and again depends on the date and month of the event.

  • Payment : Can I divide the amount in cash and cheque components? Are there any tax waivers?

    Yes, you can pay by any ways either Cash or Cheque, but there will be no tax waiver.

  • Billing : In max how many people names can I make the contract in? How will the bill amount be divided?

  • Payment terms and Cancellation Policy: Kindly elaborate

    Notification of Cancellation /Attrition:- If, Radisson Blu Hotel New Delhi Paschim Vihar is advised that the entire event is partially or entirely cancelled, the following cancellation fee will be applicable. Cancellation fee will be a percentage of the total estimated room rental and food and beverage expenses and will be on a sliding scale as follows: Period Prior to Expected Arrival Cancellation Fee Before 120 days 50% of the total Between 90 days and 120 days 75% of the total Before 90 days 100% of total

  • Licenses : Will the hotel procure licenses for our event or will we have to do it?

    Liquor license will be arranged through Hotel side, rest of the licenses to be arranged by Guest itself.

  • Check In : What are the standard check in and check out policies? Can we get early check in or late check out depending on my guests travel plans

    Standard Check In and Check Out timings are 1400 hours and 1200 hours respectively. Early Check In and late Check Out will be as per actual availability of rooms.

  • Complimentary Rooms: Will we get a few rooms complimentary to get ready? Any complimentary suite upgrades?

    Hotel provides a Wash and Change room for getting ready on minimum guarantee of 200 People for 03 to 04 hours maximum. Room tariff will be complimentary from hotel side and Guest needs to pay only tax as per government norms and conditions. Upgradation will be as per actual availability of rooms.
