Ø  50% OF THE TOTAL ESTIMATED BILLING WILL BE APPLICABLE AS CANCELLATION CHARGE IF THE EVENT IS CANCELLED 60 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT DATE. Ø  75% OF THE TOTAL ESTIMATED BILLING WILL BE APPLICABLE AS CANCELLATION CHARGE IF THE EVENT IS CANCELLED 30 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT DATE. Ø  100% OF THE TOTAL ESTIMATED BILLING WILL BE APPLICABLE AS CANCELLATION CHARGE IF THE EVENT IS CANCELLED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE EVENT DATE.

  • Licenses : Will the hotel procure licenses for our event or will we have to do it?

    if guest pay the licence fee to the hotel, then hotel will procure / guest can procure the license and must share with us the original copy of the license before 2 days of the event

  • Check In : What are the standard check in and check out policies? Can we get early check in or late check out depending on my guests travel plans

    YES, depending on the hotel room occupancy early check in and checkouts for few rooms can be mamaged. There is additional charge of 50% than the room rate for early check in rooms

  • Complimentary Rooms: Will we get a few rooms complimentary to get ready? Any complimentary suite upgrades?

    1 room for wash and change purpose for the event for 6 Hrs , Taxes to be paid by the guest. Additional rooms taken will be charged as per the Best available rate for the day.
