Things You Should Know
  • What is so unique about your property?

    Hotel is situated in the heart of the city with good ambiance & we maintan standard food & service quality.

  • Music : Till what time is music allowed? Can we play soft music indoors after time? Is there an inhouse DJ?

    Till 10pm the music is allowed. We don’t have any inhouse DJ.To play DJ, Live band or track music you need to procure PPL & IPRS license.

  • Parking : How many cars can be comfortbaly be parked? Is there valet?

    In the basment of the hotel we can park upto 120 car & we have valet parking facility also in a huge number. As we can organize wedding event for 1000pax

  • Wedding incharge : Who will be appointed from the hotel to take care of my wedding?

  • Menu : Can we change some items in the menu composition later? Is there a chef meeting for menu selection?

    Changing of 2/3 item can be done 7 days prior to the event date ( rate will be less/more as per final choice). Chef also will be involved for the menu selection.

  • Alcohol : Is outside Alcohol allowed? Can one or two premier brands be allowed?

    We don’t allow any out side alcohol(Corkages are not allowed)

  • Decorator : Is outside decorator allowed? If not, can you indicate the rough price range of inhouse decorator for a wedding event?

    We can share the decorators detail with you as the hotel is not directly involved with decoration part.

  • Payment : Can I divide the amount in cash and cheque components? Are there any tax waivers?

  • Billing : In max how many people names can I make the contract in? How will the bill amount be divided?

    Depending on the total amount we can split the bill

  • Payment terms and Cancellation Policy: Kindly elaborate

    We need 50% advance for the confirmation, rest 100% to be paid one month before the event date, if anything extra will be there that needs to be paid by cash/credit card at the end of the event on same date. No money will be refunded as per the policy, we can adjust the entire amount with some other event if you can arrange the same by next two month of the event date.

  • Licenses : Will the hotel procure licenses for our event or will we have to do it?

    License needs to be procured from your end. We will provide you the name & number of the contact person.

  • Check In : What are the standard check in and check out policies? Can we get early check in or late check out depending on my guests travel plans

    The check-in time is- 02.00pm & Check-out time is- 11.00am. Early check-in & Late check-out will be subject to availability & extra rate will be involved as per the query.

  • Complimentary Rooms: Will we get a few rooms complimentary to get ready? Any complimentary suite upgrades?

    Note- Complimentary room we don’t provide with any banquet event , however we will provide you best possible rate for rooms.
