  • Payment terms and Cancellation Policy: Kindly elaborate

    Cancellation Policy: • In case of cancellation of banquet function, Retention charges will be calculated as per minimum guaranteed guests. • No retention charges would be applicable if the event is cancelled 60 days prior to the confirm date. • Retention charges levied would be 50% if the event cancelled 45-60 days prior to the confirm date of function. • Retention charges levied would be 75% if the event cancelled 30-44 days prior to the confirm date of function. • Retention charges levied would be 100% if the event is cancelled 30 days of less prior to the confirm date of function. Payment Terms 30% of Minimum Guarantee to book and confirm the function . And rest estimated minimum guarantee payment has to be deposited before function starts .

  • Licenses : Will the hotel procure licenses for our event or will we have to do it?

    Beverages All Non alcoholic and Alcoholic beverages need to be purchased from the hotel. Liquor will be charged as per special discounted bottle rates. The hotel will provide only for consumption in the banquet hall. The Liquor service would close as per Rajasthan excise Regulations. In case of cocktails prior to dinner, charges for drinks would be as per actual consumption. All alcoholic beverage, sodas, soft drinks & juices will have to be purchased from the hotel and would be charged as per consumption. General Terms and Conditions We are at Park Inn, Jaipur share your concern to make your function a great success. In order to avoid inconvenience to you and maintain the premises in perfect condition for your future functions we would like to bring notice the following points: • Any Event / Social function held in the hotel premises, Guest is responsible for license of Phonographic Performance Ltd (PPL) & or The Indian Performing Right Society Ltd (IPRS). • The cost of food is charged per plate and not per person. The modalities of plate counting can be agreed with us in advance whereby we can appoint joint monitors to control the number of empty plates delivered to food counters. Initially the minimum number will be a placed and then in unit of 25 as authorized from time to time by your coordinator. • Food shall be prepared only for 110% of the number of guests guaranteed. Should the number of persons exceed 10% over the guaranteed number, the hotel would be unable to ensure consistency in the quality of food and services. • The minimum capacity guaranteed by you will be charged in full and any shortfall to the minimum quantity will not attract any discount. • All beverages will be charged as per actual consumption. • The liquor service will close at 23.00hrs and loud music will close at 23.00hrs as per Rajasthan Excise Regulations. • All non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages need to be purchase from the hotel. We would be happy to offer you Special liquor packages and liquor bottle rates. • All the audio visual required will be charged additionally.
