    Food and Beverage manager of the hotel will take care for operations.

  • Menu : Can we change some items in the menu composition later? Is there a chef meeting for menu selection?

  • Payment terms and Cancellation Policy: Kindly elaborate

    1. In case of cancellation, more than 60 days before commencement of the event, no retention charge will be levied. 2. In case of a cancellation between 60 days and 30 days prior to the commencement of the event, the Hotel reserves the right to charge 25% of the total estimated billing as retention. 3. In case of a cancellation between 30 days and 15 days prior to commencement of the event, the Hotel reserves the right to charge 50% of the total estimated billing as retention. 4. In case of a cancellation less than 15 days prior to commencement of the event, the Hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the expected bill as retention.

  • Licenses : Will the hotel procure licenses for our event or will we have to do it?

    We have the license for event.

  • Check In : What are the standard check in and check out policies? Can we get early check in or late check out depending on my guests travel plans
