  • What is so unique about your property?

    It’s a beautiful resort scattered over 25 acres of land and the rooms sizes are quite big as compared to the city hotels. We are located on Delhi-Jaipur Higway with good logistic services. We are very close to the major sightseeing places in jaipur.

  • Music : Till what time is music allowed? Can we play soft music indoors after time? Is there an inhouse DJ?

    in the outdoor venues the music can be played up till 2230 hrs. Yes you can play soft music in the indoor venue up till midnight. We don’t have an inhouse DJ but that can be arranged at an additional cost.

  • Parking : How many cars can be comfortbaly be parked? Is there valet?

    50 cars can comfortably be parked. Yes we do have a valet service.

  • Wedding incharge : Who will be appointed from the hotel to take care of my wedding?

    Anyone in the sales team can handle the wedding function, but there will be one single point of contact from sales.

  • Menu : Can we change some items in the menu composition later? Is there a chef meeting for menu selection?

    Yes you can have the menu of your choice. Yes, we can certainly arrange a meeting with the chef.

  • Alcohol : Is outside Alcohol allowed? Can one or two premier brands be allowed?

    No. We do not entertain outside liquor.

  • Decorator : Is outside decorator allowed? If not, can you indicate the rough price range of inhouse decorator for a wedding event?

    Outside Decorater is allowed however, there is an additional fee of INR 35000 + tax on per day basis against Cleaning & Maintainance Charges.

  • Payment : Can I divide the amount in cash and cheque components? Are there any tax waivers?

    Yes you can. No tax Waivers

  • Billing : In max how many people names can I make the contract in? How will the bill amount be divided?

    Maximum of two contract can be made.

  • Payment terms and Cancellation Policy: Kindly elaborate

    We do a paymnet schedule where in the entire payment is taken 01 month prior to the functions date. Cancellation policy differes for different market segments.

  • Licenses : Will the hotel procure licenses for our event or will we have to do it?

    We can do it on behalf of the guest but the guest bears the cost.

  • Check In : What are the standard check in and check out policies? Can we get early check in or late check out depending on my guests travel plans

    Standard Check in Time is 1400 hrs and standard check out time is 1200 hrs. early check in and late check out are subject to availability.

  • Complimentary Rooms: Will we get a few rooms complimentary to get ready? Any complimentary suite upgrades?

    that really depends on the volume of business we are doing.
