  • Music : Till what time is music allowed? Can we play soft music indoors after time? Is there an inhouse DJ?

    •The music can be played till 0230 hrs at the Grand Sangam Ballroom •The venue has to be vacated by 0300 hrs.

  • Parking : How many cars can be comfortbaly be parked? Is there valet?

  • Wedding incharge : Who will be appointed from the hotel to take care of my wedding?

    At Marriott we have a specialized events team which takes care of all the event requirement along with a dedicated chef for meeting and detailed discussions

  • Menu : Can we change some items in the menu composition later? Is there a chef meeting for menu selection?

    Events team and the Chefs are dedicated to customize menu requirements as per the expectations

  • Menu : Do you allow outside catering?

    No

  • Alcohol : Is outside Alcohol allowed? Can one or two premier brands be allowed?

    All beverages have to procured from the hotel

  • Decorator : Is outside decorator allowed? If not, can you indicate the rough price range of inhouse decorator for a wedding event?

  • Payment : Can I divide the amount in cash and cheque components? Are there any tax waivers?

  • Payment terms and Cancellation Policy: Kindly elaborate

    The hotel will be holding all the space listed in the contract once the function is confirmed. Should any specified function on any listed date be cancelled, the following cancellation charges will be imposed: CANCELLATION PERIOD - CATERING CHARGES 90 to 61 days prior to the event - 50% of catering charges 60 to 31 days prior the event - 75% of catering charges Within 30 days prior to the event - 100% of total catering charges

  • Licenses : Will the hotel procure licenses for our event or will we have to do it?

    liquor license is procured by the hotel on guest behalf and billed accordingly, other licenses pertaining to the event have to be procured directly by the guest

  • Check In : What are the standard check in and check out policies? Can we get early check in or late check out depending on my guests travel plans

    • The check in time 1500 hrs and check out time is 12 noon. Early check in/late check out will only be given subject to availability.

  • Complimentary Rooms: Will we get a few rooms complimentary to get ready? Any complimentary suite upgrades?

    The same can be discussed once we have finer details of the event requirement
