  • Music : Till what time is music allowed? Can we play soft music indoors after time? Is there an inhouse DJ?

  • Parking : How many cars can be comfortbaly be parked? Is there valet?

    Parking space - 1,00,000 sq ft (can easily accommodate 300 -400 cars). We do provide valet services

  • Wedding incharge : Who will be appointed from the hotel to take care of my wedding?

  • Menu : Can we change some items in the menu composition later? Is there a chef meeting for menu selection?

  • Payment terms and Cancellation Policy: Kindly elaborate

    Payments Bookings are secured by a 25% deposit of total cost and a signed terms and conditions. Provisional reservations will be reserved for a period of 14 days only, after which the booking will be considered cancelled. 75% of the cost of the function must be paid 60 days prior to the function, The balance of the account is payable 30 days prior to the function. Any outstanding moneys or any additional costs must be paid before departure. Cancellation policy Cancellations must be received in writing In the event of cancellation 6 months prior to the event - 100% of the deposit will be returned In the event of cancellation 6-4 months - 50% of the deposit will returned In the event of cancellation 4-2 months - 10% of the deposit will be returned In the event of cancellation less than 2 months - no deposit will be returned

  • Licenses : Will the hotel procure licenses for our event or will we have to do it?

    Guest need to procure their own licenses

  • Check In : What are the standard check in and check out policies? Can we get early check in or late check out depending on my guests travel plans

    check in :- 10:00 am check out - 12:00 noon Early check in or late check out is subject to availabilty & hotels discretion
