Things You Should Know
  • Music : Till what time is music allowed? Can we play soft music indoors after time? Is there an inhouse DJ?

    Music is allowed to be played till 1 am as per Government rules & Regulations. A DJ can be arranged for as per request of the guest.

  • Parking : How many cars can be comfortbaly be parked? Is there valet?

    Valet Parking is available at the hotel ,our hotel can cater upto 200 cars at any given point of time. Alll chauffer driven cars must be parked outside the hotel.

  • Wedding incharge : Who will be appointed from the hotel to take care of my wedding?

    A sales executive & an operations executive would be allocated to each event to ensure all services are promptly delivered and request taken care of.

  • Menu : Can we change some items in the menu composition later? Is there a chef meeting for menu selection?

    A menu discussion with the Chef is always avaialable for Bespoke menus.

  • Menu : Do you allow outside catering?

    We do not allow outside catering as a policy.

  • Alcohol : Is outside Alcohol allowed? Can one or two premier brands be allowed?

    All beverages must be procured from the hotel as per rules & regulations. A specially priced beverage list & package rates are available.

  • Decorator : Is outside decorator allowed? If not, can you indicate the rough price range of inhouse decorator for a wedding event?

    We have 6 empanelled decorators at the hotel who can cater to all your needs. The price range is completely dependent on how you want the venue to be decorated.

  • Payment : Can I divide the amount in cash and cheque components? Are there any tax waivers?

    Payments can be received via cash,cards & cheques. Please check with the Banquet Sales Executive on further details.

  • Billing : In max how many people names can I make the contract in? How will the bill amount be divided?

    The contract can be made in the name of only one person at a time. Please check with the Banquet Sales Executive on further details.

  • Licenses : Will the hotel procure licenses for our event or will we have to do it?

    The requisite liecenses need to be procured by the guest, we have 4 empanelled vendors to guide & assist you for the same.

  • Check In : What are the standard check in and check out policies? Can we get early check in or late check out depending on my guests travel plans

    All room check in are at 2 pm & check out at 12 pm. Early check in are subject to availability and additional charges.

  • Complimentary Rooms: Will we get a few rooms complimentary to get ready? Any complimentary suite upgrades?

    Every guest is allotted 1 complimentary wash & Change room as per availability on the day of the event.
