  • What is so unique about your property?

    Hotel Indana Palace has architecture and interiors which are modelled on the palaces of the desert kingdom. While its services and facilities include every expected modern comfort, Indana Palace is the perfect blend of modern luxury and old palatial charm, which serves the needs of contemporary business and leisure travellers. We have a Banquet hall of 10000 sq ft which is perhaps the largest hall in Jodhpur, attached to it there is a 40000 sq.ft landscaped lawn to hold larfe functions. Besides this we have two more party rooms which can house 30 and 90 people respectively

  • Music : Till what time is music allowed? Can we play soft music indoors after time? Is there an inhouse DJ?

    As per Municipal Regulation music is allowed only till 10PM. Indoor the soft music can be played till 11:30PM, if it is not disturbing hotel guests. DJ music system is not available inhouse however the same can be arranged from outside.

  • Parking : How many cars can be comfortbaly be parked? Is there valet?

    125 Cars & 70 Two wheeler parking is available in the compound

  • Wedding incharge : Who will be appointed from the hotel to take care of my wedding?

    The Food & Beverage Manager will be incharge of the wedding arrangements.

  • Menu : Can we change some items in the menu composition later? Is there a chef meeting for menu selection?

    Chef is present when menu is being finalised. Ten days in advance, slight modification is permitted, but it may effect the cost as per revised choice.

  • Menu : Do you allow outside catering?

    You required to take the menu from the hotel however, we allow you to add few dishes and sweets from outside after the approval from the management

  • Alcohol : Is outside Alcohol allowed? Can one or two premier brands be allowed?

    We do not allow outside liquor however, you are allowed to get one or two special brand but the same should be sellable in Rajasthan & Corkage is charged per bottle.

  • Decorator : Is outside decorator allowed? If not, can you indicate the rough price range of inhouse decorator for a wedding event?

    Outside decorator is allowed. We do not have in house decorator. However the vendor has to agree to management terms, to maintain decorum and there should be no damage to the property.

  • Payment : Can I divide the amount in cash and cheque components? Are there any tax waivers?

    No there is no tax waiver. Cash is accepted as per IT rules.

  • Billing : In max how many people names can I make the contract in? How will the bill amount be divided?

    It will depend on the volume of function, and can be decided by the management across the table.

  • Payment terms and Cancellation Policy: Kindly elaborate

  • Licenses : Will the hotel procure licenses for our event or will we have to do it?

    PPL & IPRS if required is to be procured by host. Assistance can be extended by the management.

  • Check In : What are the standard check in and check out policies? Can we get early check in or late check out depending on my guests travel plans

    Standard Check out is 12Noon, Check in is 2PM. Early C/in or Late C/Out is subject to availability of the day.

  • Complimentary Rooms: Will we get a few rooms complimentary to get ready? Any complimentary suite upgrades?

    This will depend on the volume & negotiation.
