    The Convention Centre is venue that offers the uniqe experience of celebrations in the lap of nature. The venues pictureque location makes it exclusive and refreshing.The ability to execute out of the box concepts like set -ups in the water body is one example.

  • Music : Till what time is music allowed? Can we play soft music indoors after time? Is there an inhouse DJ?

    The music is allowed till 1000 hrs and we can playsoft indoor music after time. Yes, we do provide a DJ facility with a separately chargeable quotation.

  • Parking : How many cars can be comfortbaly be parked? Is there valet?

    100 cars can be accomodated in Convention Centre. No vallet parking available.

  • Wedding incharge : Who will be appointed from the hotel to take care of my wedding?

  • Menu : Can we change some items in the menu composition later? Is there a chef meeting for menu selection?

    Yes, alterations in the menu can be done as per the cliens requirement. All the menus are prepared by chefs in convention as well as Mercure Hotel Lavasa

  • Menu : Do you allow outside catering?

    No

  • Alcohol : Is outside Alcohol allowed? Can one or two premier brands be allowed?

    No. we do provide all premier brands as per the requirement.

  • Decorator : Is outside decorator allowed? If not, can you indicate the rough price range of inhouse decorator for a wedding event?

    Yes the out side decorator is allowed

  • Payment : Can I divide the amount in cash and cheque components? Are there any tax waivers?

    Amount can be divided in to cash and cheque however, taxwaviers are not be possible.

  • Billing : In max how many people names can I make the contract in? How will the bill amount be divided?

    This is flexible as according to the bill requirement.

  • Payment terms and Cancellation Policy: Kindly elaborate

    100 % advance has to made two weeks prior to the event. No refund no Adjustment of the retention amount for any future event.

  • Licenses : Will the hotel procure licenses for our event or will we have to do it?

    Hotel can support and facilitate the procurement of requsite lincences for the event, however the cost shall be born by the client.

  • Check In : What are the standard check in and check out policies? Can we get early check in or late check out depending on my guests travel plans

    Check in at Mercure Hotel is 1400 hrs and check out is 1000hrs. Early arrival after 1000hrs or late departure upto 1200 hrs with no extra cost will be offered, subject to availability of rooms. Early arrival before 1000hrs or late departure upto 1200 hrs will be charged @ 100% contracted rates

  • Complimentary Rooms: Will we get a few rooms complimentary to get ready? Any complimentary suite upgrades?

    Complimentary family room upgrade for the wedding couple.
