  • Music : Till what time is music allowed? Can we play soft music indoors after time? Is there an inhouse DJ?

    At the Plaza Room the music can be played till 00:30hrs and at the Allamanda Terrace (Open Terrace) the music can be played till 22:00hrs. Yes , we have Inhouse DJ

  • Parking : How many cars can be comfortbaly be parked? Is there valet?

    Approx 08 cars can be parked , Yes we provide valet service.

  • Wedding incharge : Who will be appointed from the hotel to take care of my wedding?

    Mr.Niraj /Mr.Rohit will be taking care of the wedding event.

  • Menu : Can we change some items in the menu composition later? Is there a chef meeting for menu selection?

    Yes, the menu composition can be changed and our Executive Chef will be available to assist for the menu selection.

  • Menu : Do you allow outside catering?

    Yes, but on a special case by taking the approval from Food and Beverage Manager

  • Alcohol : Is outside Alcohol allowed? Can one or two premier brands be allowed?

    Yes, the outside Alcohol is allowed on a corkage charge.

  • Decorator : Is outside decorator allowed? If not, can you indicate the rough price range of inhouse decorator for a wedding event?

  • Payment : Can I divide the amount in cash and cheque components? Are there any tax waivers?

    we accept the cheque One week in advance prior to the event and the balance can be cleared by cash/credit card after the final invoice is raised.

  • Billing : In max how many people names can I make the contract in? How will the bill amount be divided?

    The contract will be made on a single person name however the bill can be divided into 5 to 6 .

  • Payment terms and Cancellation Policy: Kindly elaborate

    ·         A deposit of 50% of the total amount (including taxes) will have to be paid towards confirmation of the event. The balance 50% of the expected billing (including taxes) will be required prior to the start of the event. Should there be any extra billing during the event; the client will settle the same. Directly by cash/ credit card/demand draft on the concluding of the event. Incase of payment by cash of Rs 25000/- and above a photocopy of the PAN card will be needed. Please forward a written confirmation along with the signed copy of this contract. CANCELLATION • Full retention would be charged upon cancellation of any event space cancelled less than 72 hours. • 50% retention would be charged upon cancellation of any event once the venue is blocked.

  • Licenses : Will the hotel procure licenses for our event or will we have to do it?

    The Hotel will procure all the necessary licenses ,however the monetary charges will be paid by the client

  • Check In : What are the standard check in and check out policies? Can we get early check in or late check out depending on my guests travel plans

    Our Check - In and Check - Out time is 12:00 noon. Early check in or Late Check Out will depend upon the room availability

  • Complimentary Rooms: Will we get a few rooms complimentary to get ready? Any complimentary suite upgrades?

    The complimentary rooms will be depend on the room availability
