Things You Should Know
  • Music : Till what time is music allowed? Can we play soft music indoors after time? Is there an inhouse DJ?

    Music allowed till 2330 hrs, we can play soft background music. And we have DJ vendor on our hotel list.

  • Parking : How many cars can be comfortbaly be parked? Is there valet?

    We can accommodate 200 cars, yes we have valet service also.

  • Wedding incharge : Who will be appointed from the hotel to take care of my wedding?

  • Menu : Can we change some items in the menu composition later? Is there a chef meeting for menu selection?

    Yes, we can change the some menu items, chef also meet with guests before the events.

  • Menu : Do you allow outside catering?

    No

  • Alcohol : Is outside Alcohol allowed? Can one or two premier brands be allowed?

    No

  • Decorator : Is outside decorator allowed? If not, can you indicate the rough price range of inhouse decorator for a wedding event?

    Yes outside decorator is allowed, but they need to deposit INR 5000 for maintenance purpose.

  • Payment : Can I divide the amount in cash and cheque components? Are there any tax waivers?

    Yes guest can pay by cash with PAN CARD details and cheque, but no tax waivers.

  • Billing : In max how many people names can I make the contract in? How will the bill amount be divided?

    Contract is made under only one name.

  • Payment terms and Cancellation Policy: Kindly elaborate

    1. 90 days prior to arrival Rooms: Not Applicable Events: 25% of total estimated functions charges as blocked 2. Between 89 - 45 days prior to arrival Rooms: One night charge for rooms reserved Events: 50% of total estimated functions charges as blocked 3. Between 44 - 30 days prior to arrival Rooms: 50% of room charges for the period reserved Events: 75% of total estimated functions charges as blocked 4. Between 30 - 15 days prior to arrival Rooms: Full charges for all rooms booked for the period reserved Events: 85% of total estimated functions charges as blocked 5. Within 15 days of arrival Rooms : Full charges for all rooms booked for the period reserved Events: 100% of total estimated functions charges as blocked

  • Licenses : Will the hotel procure licenses for our event or will we have to do it?

    Guest need to procure himself for licences.

  • Check In : What are the standard check in and check out policies? Can we get early check in or late check out depending on my guests travel plans
