  • What is so unique about your property?

    A breathtaking resort by Accor, just off North Goa's bustling nightlife and beaches. Overlooking the paddy fields, it has the one of the largest venues to cater to weddings and conferences in Goa.

  • Music : Till what time is music allowed? Can we play soft music indoors after time? Is there an inhouse DJ?

    10 pm in all areas(However ambient music is acceptable. Tulip, Iris and Ivy Halls can play late night DJ Music. No Inhouse DJ

  • Parking : How many cars can be comfortbaly be parked? Is there valet?

    20. Yes with Valet service

  • Wedding incharge : Who will be appointed from the hotel to take care of my wedding?

    We appoint an event specialist from our end

  • Menu : Can we change some items in the menu composition later? Is there a chef meeting for menu selection?

    Chef is invovled in all menu selections

  • Menu : Do you allow outside catering?

    No we do not allow outside catering

  • Alcohol : Is outside Alcohol allowed? Can one or two premier brands be allowed?

    Outside alcohol is not allowed, we will certainly match the pre requsite rates as requested by the clients. One odd expection based on unavailibity of the brand can be made on an additional corkage charges.

  • Decorator : Is outside decorator allowed? If not, can you indicate the rough price range of inhouse decorator for a wedding event?

    Yes we prefer working through Hotel/Resort asscoiated and recommended vendors for ease of logistics

  • Payment : Can I divide the amount in cash and cheque components? Are there any tax waivers?

    No tax waivers. Pan Card submission required

  • Billing : In max how many people names can I make the contract in? How will the bill amount be divided?

    Contract needs to be made only on one account

  • Payment terms and Cancellation Policy: Kindly elaborate

    100 percent on accomodation and catering charges 30 days prior to event

  • Licenses : Will the hotel procure licenses for our event or will we have to do it?

    Licences can be procured by the hotel. 30 % discount on IPRS license if procured before 7 days of the event. PPL license no discount

  • Check In : What are the standard check in and check out policies? Can we get early check in or late check out depending on my guests travel plans

    3 pm checkin. 12 noon check out.

  • Complimentary Rooms: Will we get a few rooms complimentary to get ready? Any complimentary suite upgrades?

    1 suite upgrade for every 30 rooms booked.
