  • What is so unique about your property?

    Location and comfort of the guest.

  • Music : Till what time is music allowed? Can we play soft music indoors after time? Is there an inhouse DJ?

    DJ is allowed till 11 PM , we do not have any in-house DJ & we can play soft music in banquet halls.

  • Parking : How many cars can be comfortbaly be parked? Is there valet?

  • Wedding incharge : Who will be appointed from the hotel to take care of my wedding?

  • Menu : Can we change some items in the menu composition later? Is there a chef meeting for menu selection?

    Yes we can , and we will decide the menu along with Chef.

  • Menu : Do you allow outside catering?

    No we do not allow outside catering.

  • Alcohol : Is outside Alcohol allowed? Can one or two premier brands be allowed?

    No we do not allow outside liquor.

  • Decorator : Is outside decorator allowed? If not, can you indicate the rough price range of inhouse decorator for a wedding event?

    No we do not allow outside decorator, we have our authorized vendor.

  • Payment : Can I divide the amount in cash and cheque components? Are there any tax waivers?

    Yes you can, but there will not be any Tax waivers.

  • Billing : In max how many people names can I make the contract in? How will the bill amount be divided?

    Contract will be made only with 1 Name and bills can be divided in required numbers.

  • Payment terms and Cancellation Policy: Kindly elaborate

    Cancellation/ Retention Policy as below: - Cancellation received between 60 and 30 days prior to the Conference/Event - 25 % of the estimated billing will be charged. - Cancellation received between 30 days and 15 days prior to the Conference/Event - 50% of the estimated billing will be charged. - Cancellation received between 15 days prior to the Conference/Event - 100% of the estimated billing will be charged. - Date of postponement of Conference/Event to another date within 15 days of the event - 100% of the estimated billing will be charged.

  • Licenses : Will the hotel procure licenses for our event or will we have to do it?

    You have to procure your PPL License for the Event.

  • Check In : What are the standard check in and check out policies? Can we get early check in or late check out depending on my guests travel plans

    Normal check in time is 10 AM & Check out time is 10 AM , Late check out or Early check in is subject to availability.

  • Complimentary Rooms: Will we get a few rooms complimentary to get ready? Any complimentary suite upgrades?

    Depend on the Volume of the booking & the same would be subject to availability.
