  • Music : Till what time is music allowed? Can we play soft music indoors after time? Is there an inhouse DJ?

    DJ needs to be procure form Hotel Only. Maximum we can play DJ til 11.00hrs but as slow volume.

  • Parking : How many cars can be comfortbaly be parked? Is there valet?

    Yes we do have valet parking we can easily accommodate 250 cars.

  • Wedding incharge : Who will be appointed from the hotel to take care of my wedding?

    Initial Stage Crowne Meetings Manager & on the day of Event Banquet Operation Manager

  • Menu : Can we change some items in the menu composition later? Is there a chef meeting for menu selection?

    Yes, Menu can be ammended

  • Menu : Do you allow outside catering?

    No, only vaht counters are allowed

  • Alcohol : Is outside Alcohol allowed? Can one or two premier brands be allowed?

    No, Liquor needs to be procured from hotel only.

  • Decorator : Is outside decorator allowed? If not, can you indicate the rough price range of inhouse decorator for a wedding event?

    No. Only Inhouse Vendor is allowed.

  • Payment : Can I divide the amount in cash and cheque components? Are there any tax waivers?

    100 % Payment can be done by Cash, Credit Card & Cheque Before the 15 day prior to function . Also , 100 % billing will be done.

  • Billing : In max how many people names can I make the contract in? How will the bill amount be divided?

    Contract can be done only in One Name.

  • Payment terms and Cancellation Policy: Kindly elaborate

    120 days prior to arrival : Your deposit will be refunded in full, Between 120 & 61 days prior to arrival: 20% of total estimated events charges as booked will be charged, Between 60 & 45 days prior to arrival: 40% of total estimated events charges as booked will be charged, Between 44 & 31 days prior to arrival: 60% of total estimated events charges as booked will be charged, Within 30 days of arrival: 100% of total estimated events charges as booked and no refund of any deposits paid to the hotel.

  • Licenses : Will the hotel procure licenses for our event or will we have to do it?

    Liquor licence hotel will procure rest PPL & IPRS for DJ 7 Live performance guest will arrange.

  • Check In : What are the standard check in and check out policies? Can we get early check in or late check out depending on my guests travel plans

    1200noon & 1200 nooon . Early Check in & Check Out will be Subject to availability.

  • Complimentary Rooms: Will we get a few rooms complimentary to get ready? Any complimentary suite upgrades?

    01 Wash & Change room can be provided, subject to availability for 05 hours if we have a minimum guarantee above 200.
