  • What is so unique about your property?

    The Crowne Plaza Hotel is located on the NH-8, near to airport, hence the Location is the major USP of this property and the brand name because Crowne Plaza is an IHG brand and it has 4800 plus hotels across the world

  • Music : Till what time is music allowed? Can we play soft music indoors after time? Is there an inhouse DJ?

    Yes, we do have vendors in our Panel for the DJ, outside vendor is not allowed in the hotel, Music is allowed till 1130 in indoor venue and till 1030 in outdoor venue

  • Parking : How many cars can be comfortbaly be parked? Is there valet?

    Yes, there is facility of Valet parking, and 500 cars can be parked in our hotel which is again our major USP, because many hotels does not have enough space for the parking

  • Wedding incharge : Who will be appointed from the hotel to take care of my wedding?

    We have 3 banquet captains who take care of the event very carefully and they remain present throughout the event

  • Menu : Can we change some items in the menu composition later? Is there a chef meeting for menu selection?

    Yes, we have that policy, because whenever we sit with guest for menu selection our professional chef sit with the guest and they guide the client to finalize the menu and the menu composition can be changed 5 days prior to the event

  • Menu : Do you allow outside catering?

    No

  • Alcohol : Is outside Alcohol allowed? Can one or two premier brands be allowed?

    No, as per the norms and conditions of the hotel, Liquor from outside is not allowed

  • Decorator : Is outside decorator allowed? If not, can you indicate the rough price range of inhouse decorator for a wedding event?

    Decoration from outside is not allowed, however if the guest wants to bring his own vendor then there is a fee of 30,000 that is being charged by the hotel, we have vendors in our panel who charge amount as per the client's requirement

  • Payment : Can I divide the amount in cash and cheque components? Are there any tax waivers?

    There is no tax waivers in our hotel, the payment can be made in cash as well as in cheque however, the Client's PAN No. is required in both the situations

  • Billing : In max how many people names can I make the contract in? How will the bill amount be divided?

    Generally we do not encourage split billing but in some special case, we take a call from the senior authority for the same decision

  • Payment terms and Cancellation Policy: Kindly elaborate

    1. – CANCELLATION / POSTPONEMENT POLICY The following charges are applicable for cancellations, postponement or other changes in dates after confirmation of the event. Cancellations / changes must be received in writing. Should the function space be released after confirmation, the deposit paid shall not be refunded. Cancellation Date Range Cancellation Charges 90 days prior to event 25% of total estimated events charges as booked will be charged Between 45 – 89 days prior to event 50% of total estimated accommodation and events charges as booked will be charged Between 30 - 44 days prior to event 75% of total estimated accommodation and events charges as booked will be charged Between 15 - 29 days prior to event 85% of total estimated accommodation and events charges as booked will be charged Within 14 days of event 100% of total estimated accommodation and events charges as booked and no refund of any deposits paid to the hotel 2. – DEPOSIT POLICY The following deposits are required to be received by the Hotel according to schedule for accommodation and event charges as booked. Deposit Scheduled Date Deposit At time of Signing Contract 20% deposit of total amount for accommodation and event charges is due 60 days prior to arrival A further 20% deposit of total amount for accommodation and event charges is due 30 days prior to arrival A further 20% deposit of total amount for accommodation and event charges is due 14 days prior to arrival The balance of total amount for accommodation and event charges is due Estimated charges of the event Estimated Event Charges: Note: All bookings are tentative until a deposit or letter of undertaking is received Deposit paid is non refundable / non transferable in the event of cancellation / postponement Confirmation of bookings must be made in writing, and accompany the requested deposit within the designated period (see ‘Deposit Schedule’) If this is not the case, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking and allocate the space to another client. Once the signed contract and deposit(s) are received, the booking is deemed confirmed. Until such time, the booking remains “tentative”. If the deposit amounts have been paid and the signed contract not returned, it is assumed that the company accepts the terms and conditions outlined herein.

  • Licenses : Will the hotel procure licenses for our event or will we have to do it?

    Hotel has already procured the license for the Liquor but for DJ the guest has to bring the license or the hotel can also arrange the license

  • Check In : What are the standard check in and check out policies? Can we get early check in or late check out depending on my guests travel plans

    • Our check-in time is 1400 hours and check-out time is 1200 hours, but as a special case we can provide the facility of early check in or late check out depending upon the availability of the rooms.

  • Complimentary Rooms: Will we get a few rooms complimentary to get ready? Any complimentary suite upgrades?

    Yes, but depending upon the number of room nights that are given to us.
