    Cancellation Policy :-Between 120& 61 days - 60% of estimated charges// Between 60 & 45 days prior to arrival - 100% of total estimated charges. Payment terms:- At time of Signing Contract -30% deposit of total amount for accommodation and event charges// 60 days prior to arrival- A further 25% deposit of total// The balance of total amount for accommodation and event charges amount for accommodation and event charges// 30 days prior to arrival -The balance of total amount for accommodation and event charges

  • Licenses : Will the hotel procure licenses for our event or will we have to do it?

  • Check In : What are the standard check in and check out policies? Can we get early check in or late check out depending on my guests travel plans

    Our Check in time is 1400 hours //Check In - Before 8AM - 100% of room charge//Between 0800 hrs.and 1100 hrs -50% of room charge//Between 1100 hrs.and 1400 hrs -We may provide the room at no charge, subject to availability.
