PAYMENT TERMS • 100% advance on the minimum guarantee prior to the function, the schedule of which is mentioned. • Bills will be presented at the end of the function for your review and signature. • Should you wish to pay by cash, kindly produce pan card for amounts over 25,000/-. • The outstanding amount is to be cleared after the function by cash or credit card. Cheque as the mode of payment for the final settlement on the day of the event will not be acceptable • Cheque - All Cheque payments are to be made five working days prior to the event. CANCELLATION POLICY The Hotel will be holding all the space listed in the contract once the function is confirmed. Should any specified function on any listed date be cancelled, the following cancellation charges will be imposed: CANCELLATION PERIOD ROOM AND CATERING CHARGES 90 to 61 days prior to arrival 25% of room and catering charges 60 to 31 days prior to arrival 50% of room and catering charges Within 30 days prior to arrival 100% of total room and catering charges
Procuring all necessary licenses is the responsibility of Client himself.
The Check in time is 15:00 hrs and Check out time is 12 Noon. Early check in / late checkout will only be given subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Early Check-in prior to 0600 hrs, is on full day charge, check-in between 0600 hrs. to 1000 hrs. a half day charge. Beyond 1000 hrs. there will be no charges.
