    It's Ahmedabad's address for Business & Celebrations. It’s a 200 Room Property ideally located near the Business Hub & also near to all the Premium Wedding Destinations around the city. Its Deluxe Category Room with a size of 393 Sq.Ft is the biggest base category room in town. Its Grand Ball Room which is 5400 Sq Ft. can easily accommodate 450-500 Guests in theatre style & can cater to 700-800 Guest in Reception Style.

  • Music : Till what time is music allowed? Can we play soft music indoors after time? Is there an inhouse DJ?

  • Parking : How many cars can be comfortbaly be parked? Is there valet?

    100 Cars Can be Parked easily. Yes we do have valet parking.

  • Wedding incharge : Who will be appointed from the hotel to take care of my wedding?

    Crowne Meetings Team will be appointed from the hotel to take care of wedding

  • Menu : Can we change some items in the menu composition later? Is there a chef meeting for menu selection?

  • Menu : Do you allow outside catering?

  • Payment terms and Cancellation Policy: Kindly elaborate

    PAYMENT TERMS • 100% advance on the minimum guarantee prior to the function, the schedule of which is mentioned. • Bills will be presented at the end of the function for your review and signature. • Should you wish to pay by cash, kindly produce pan card for amounts over 25,000/-. • The outstanding amount is to be cleared after the function by cash or credit card. Cheque as the mode of payment for the final settlement on the day of the event will not be acceptable • Cheque - All Cheque payments are to be made five working days prior to the event. CANCELLATION POLICY The Hotel will be holding all the space listed in the contract once the function is confirmed. Should any specified function on any listed date be cancelled, the following cancellation charges will be imposed: CANCELLATION PERIOD ROOM AND CATERING CHARGES 90 to 61 days prior to arrival 25% of room and catering charges 60 to 31 days prior to arrival 50% of room and catering charges Within 30 days prior to arrival 100% of total room and catering charges

  • Licenses : Will the hotel procure licenses for our event or will we have to do it?

    Procuring all necessary licenses is the responsibility of Client himself.

  • Check In : What are the standard check in and check out policies? Can we get early check in or late check out depending on my guests travel plans

    The Check in time is 15:00 hrs and Check out time is 12 Noon. Early check in / late checkout will only be given subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Early Check-in prior to 0600 hrs, is on full day charge, check-in between 0600 hrs. to 1000 hrs. a half day charge. Beyond 1000 hrs. there will be no charges.

  • Complimentary Rooms: Will we get a few rooms complimentary to get ready? Any complimentary suite upgrades?

    Maximum 02 rooms on wash and change basis depending on the availibility and the group size.
