    Music allowed till 2330 hrs. After that no sort of music is allowed. We do not have inhouse DJ, we do outsourcing for the same

  • Parking : How many cars can be comfortbaly be parked? Is there valet?

    50 Cars can be easily parked and yes we do have valets to assist

  • Wedding incharge : Who will be appointed from the hotel to take care of my wedding?

  • Menu : Can we change some items in the menu composition later? Is there a chef meeting for menu selection?

    Yes you are allowed to change menu composition and chef is always available for menu selection

  • Alcohol : Is outside Alcohol allowed? Can one or two premier brands be allowed?

  • Decorator : Is outside decorator allowed? If not, can you indicate the rough price range of inhouse decorator for a wedding event?

  • Payment : Can I divide the amount in cash and cheque components? Are there any tax waivers?

    Yes the amount can be divided in cash or cheque while making the advance payments but not at the time of final settlement. There is no tax waivers on any mode of payments

  • Billing : In max how many people names can I make the contract in? How will the bill amount be divided?

    You can add upto 05 names in contract and the amount can be divided equally.

  • Payment terms and Cancellation Policy: Kindly elaborate

    "Cancellation Policy i. In case of a cancellation between 30 days and 15 days prior to the commencement of the function, the Hotel reserves the right to charge 25% of minimum guarantee as retention. ii. In case of a cancellation between 15 days and 07 days prior to commencement of the function, Hotel reserves the right to charge 50% of the total estimated billing as retention. iii. In case of a cancellation less than 07 days prior to commencement of the function, the Hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the expected bill as retention iv. In the event of postponement of the event to another date within 15 days of event date, it is to be treated as a cancellation; the above guidelines would still apply. . Please note, this offer is based on the overall business volume. Any reduction in Guarantees or cancellation of Halls after the Confirmation would Subject to a change in Rates for Per Person or Hall Hires (if any). No reductions of guaranteed numbers are allowed 48 hours prior to the function. "
