  • What is so unique about your property?

    We are located in the Heart of Panjim City with acceasible to all the major sights of goa.

  • Music : Till what time is music allowed? Can we play soft music indoors after time? Is there an inhouse DJ?

    Music is allowed till 10 PM in night & soft music can be played inside the hall. We have inhouse DJ chargeable @ INR 15000/-

  • Parking : How many cars can be comfortbaly be parked? Is there valet?

    We have 10 car parking space & we don’t have Valet

  • Wedding incharge : Who will be appointed from the hotel to take care of my wedding?

    Ms. Anita Puri Gautam for all the rates, contract & Booking. And Mr. Ajay Sing will lookout for all the operations & Service related requirements.

  • Menu : Can we change some items in the menu composition later? Is there a chef meeting for menu selection?

    Once you finalize the wedding, We will arrange Chef meet for Menu & Yea we can change the menu as per your requirement & taste.

  • Alcohol : Is outside Alcohol allowed? Can one or two premier brands be allowed?

    No

  • Decorator : Is outside decorator allowed? If not, can you indicate the rough price range of inhouse decorator for a wedding event?

  • Payment : Can I divide the amount in cash and cheque components? Are there any tax waivers?

    No, Tax Waivers. We accept Cheque as advance befor one month only. At the time of Check-In or brfore function we accept only Cash/Cards.

  • Billing : In max how many people names can I make the contract in? How will the bill amount be divided?

  • Payment terms and Cancellation Policy: Kindly elaborate

    50% Advance By Cheque or D.D at the time of confirmation & all the Balance by Cash or Credit Card before the function. Cancellation before 60 days of arrival full amount refund, Cancellation within 60 days of the arrival 50% retention will be charged, Cancellation within 30 days of the arrival no refund.

  • Licenses : Will the hotel procure licenses for our event or will we have to do it?

    P.P.L. & I.P.R.S. License (NOC) to be obtain by the guest directly for holding Musical events/parties in our property (D.J.   • Check In : What are the standard check in and check out policies? Can we get early check in or late check out depending on my guests travel plans

    Check In time is 1400hrs & Early Check In & Check out depends on availability only

  • Complimentary Rooms: Will we get a few rooms complimentary to get ready? Any complimentary suite upgrades?

    If guest have confirmed 30 to 35 rooms than only We can give only 01 complimentary room. And upgrade can be given for One or Two rooms only that too if rooms booked with us are more than 30
