  • What is so unique about your property?

    Chomu Palace, the Erstwhile Chomugarh Fort built by the descendents of King Prithvi Raj Chauhan is steeped in history, with an individual and unique Architectural style and character. Chomugarh fort, initially was strategically built to house the armies and chiefs with a 5 meter thick outer protective wall to ward of invaders / enemies. From the time of Laying the Foundation in early 16th Century till its transformation from a Fort to a Palace in late 18th Century, Chomugarh witnessed close to 200 years of Architectural evolution.

  • Music : Till what time is music allowed? Can we play soft music indoors after time? Is there an inhouse DJ?

  • Parking : How many cars can be comfortbaly be parked? Is there valet?

    Menu once selected as per the Price has various options to select from as per the number of dishes under each head. The Menu is finalised post Chef Meeting the geusts and understanding their requitrement.

  • Menu : Do you allow outside catering?

  • Alcohol : Is outside Alcohol allowed? Can one or two premier brands be allowed?

  • Decorator : Is outside decorator allowed? If not, can you indicate the rough price range of inhouse decorator for a wedding event?

    Vendor on Panel / Outside Decorator Allowed under supervision of the hotel. Any charges applicable to be levied.

  • Payment : Can I divide the amount in cash and cheque components? Are there any tax waivers?

    All payments are logged against the PAN Number of the Individual making Payments whether Cash Or Cheque

  • Billing : In max how many people names can I make the contract in? How will the bill amount be divided?

    Non resident events shall have a single payment options. For Resident Events, the rooms may be blocked in individual names

  • Payment terms and Cancellation Policy: Kindly elaborate

    Payment Terms Token advance at the time of confirmation amounting to 10% of the total estimated billing. Additional 10% of total estimated Billing 180 days prior to check in date of the group Additional 30% of total estimated Billing 120 days prior to check in date of the group Additional 25% of total estimated Billing 90 days prior to check in date of the group Balance 30 days prior to check in date of the group All Extras / Incidentals incurred during stay to be settled directly at the hotel prior to check out of the group Cancellation / Reductions Event Cancellation received 180 days prior to check in of the group shall attract no retention charges (Full Refund of Advances collected) Event Cancellation received 180 - 120 days prior to check in of the group shall attract no retention charges (Advances collected to be adjusted against future business) Event Cancellation less than 120 days prior to check in date (Advance payments stand non refundable / non adjustable) Reductions / Cancellations received 120 - 90 days prior to check in date of the group and not exceeding 10% of the holding on date 120 days prior to check in date, shall attract no retention charges Reductions / Cancellations received 120 - 90 days prior to check in date of the group and over and above 10% of the holding on date 120 days prior to check in date, shall attract 01 night retention charges Reductions / Cancellations received less than 90 days prior to check in date of the group, shall attract full retention charges Kindly note, any cancellations owing to Force Majeure / unforeseen circumstances beyond human control etc that may lead to Deferring / Cancellation of the Event are always treated by the hotel with understanding and the decision to levy / waive retention charges in face of such situations may be at the discretion of the hotel.
