  • What is so unique about your property?

    The Ananta, Udaipur is a palatial resort & hotel spread over 75 acres, set amidst lush green lawns & water bodies with a backdrop of the majestic Aravali – making it the perfect place to enjoy Udaipur & to unwind. The tranquil resort flaunts a pristine surroundings that is balm to the body, mind & soul. The heady effect of the weather combined with the peaceful stillness of the surroundings and an expense of green, inspires a relaxation that is bliss. The resort is a perfect blend of old world charm & contemporary comfort, designed to deliver unprecedented hospitality experience.

  • Music : Till what time is music allowed? Can we play soft music indoors after time? Is there an inhouse DJ?

    Music is allowed till 22:30. Yes you can enjoy soft music in your room. We don't have DJ in-house.

  • Parking : How many cars can be comfortbaly be parked? Is there valet?

    160 cars can be parked easily. Yes we do have valet parking.

  • Wedding incharge : Who will be appointed from the hotel to take care of my wedding?

  • Menu : Can we change some items in the menu composition later? Is there a chef meeting for menu selection?

    A week prior to your function you can change some items with the chef discussion .

  • Menu : Do you allow outside catering?

    No. We have a big team of Inhouse Chefs & they can offer you the vast varieties of specialized cuisines.

  • Alcohol : Is outside Alcohol allowed? Can one or two premier brands be allowed?

    Yes but corkage will be charged on mandatory basis.

  • Decorator : Is outside decorator allowed? If not, can you indicate the rough price range of inhouse decorator for a wedding event?

    No. We have a listed panel and the guest would have to choose from the same.

  • Payment : Can I divide the amount in cash and cheque components? Are there any tax waivers?

    None. The entire amount contracted shall be billed.

  • Billing : In max how many people names can I make the contract in? How will the bill amount be divided?

    The maximum number of names on the contract can be 2 nos (two). The bill can be divided into maximum 3 parts

  • Payment terms and Cancellation Policy: Kindly elaborate

    Guest shall pay all bills for room, taxes, conference and banquets as per the deposit schedule. The Client / guests shall pay all other incidentals at the time of check out. The following billing arrangements apply: Cash (PAN number required) Demand Draft Credit Card DEPOSIT: Advance payment/deposit as per schedule given below upon receiving the invoice with Contract. The failure to honor the dates may dispose off all the resort services agreed upon without further notice. 1. Good faith deposit (On Signing) : Minimum 50% of room and catering charges 2. ( 45 Days Before) : 100% of room 3. Any additional or extras : On completion of the event Cancellation Policy: Retention will be charged as : Before 90 days : 50% of the Cancelled part Between 90 days and 60 days: 60% of the Cancelled part Between 60 days and 30 days: 80% of the Cancelled part Between 30 days and arrival : 100% of the Cancelled part

  • Licenses : Will the hotel procure licenses for our event or will we have to do it?

    The hotel can suggest agents or assist for the same but is not responsible for the same. You may choose to do the same on your own.

  • Check In : What are the standard check in and check out policies? Can we get early check in or late check out depending on my guests travel plans

    The hotel check-in time is 1400 hours and check-out time is 1200 hours. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. An additional charge of 50% of the room rate paid will be applicable for late check-outs post 1600 hours, and 100% charge will be applicable post 1800 hours. All guaranteed early check-ins will require the room to be reserved from the previous night.

  • Complimentary Rooms: Will we get a few rooms complimentary to get ready? Any complimentary suite upgrades?

    Billing above INR 20 lacs shall get 2 wash and change rooms for a period of 5 hours. Billing Above 35 Lacs shall get 01 deluxe room on CPAI plan for 01 day only. Complimentary upgrades are subject to availability.
