  • Music : Till what time is music allowed? Can we play soft music indoors after time? Is there an inhouse DJ?

    Music is allowed maximum till 2300 Hrs. post that it has to be put off completely. No we donot have inhouse DJ but the same can be arranged with prior intimation of 01 Day.

  • Parking : How many cars can be comfortbaly be parked? Is there valet?

    100 Cars, We donot have valet service available.

  • Wedding incharge : Who will be appointed from the hotel to take care of my wedding?

  • Menu : Can we change some items in the menu composition later? Is there a chef meeting for menu selection?

    Yes few items in the menu can be changed 02 days prior event. Yes Chef meeting can be done for the menu selection

  • Alcohol : Is outside Alcohol allowed? Can one or two premier brands be allowed?

    No, Liquor can not be allowed from outside. Permission for allowing premier brands will be at the hotels discretion.

  • Decorator : Is outside decorator allowed? If not, can you indicate the rough price range of inhouse decorator for a wedding event?

    Yes, Outside decorator is allowed one meeting with decorator is necessary at-least 01 Week prior to the event

  • Payment : Can I divide the amount in cash and cheque components? Are there any tax waivers?

    Yes, Payment can be divided into cash and cheque (All the cheques should reach hotel atleast 07 Days prior to check In). There is no tax waivers

  • Billing : In max how many people names can I make the contract in? How will the bill amount be divided?

    The booker will be responsible for the entire payment Contract can be of 2 party or 3 party only

  • Payment terms and Cancellation Policy: Kindly elaborate

    50% of the estimated billing at the time of confirmation. 30% at the time of finalization of Menu & 20% 15 Days prior to the event. All extras and incidentals can be paid at the time of Check out. Cancellation: No refund or adjustment of the advances received in case of cancellation of the event. Any room cancellation received 01 month prior to the event will attract 50% Retention. Any cancellation received 15 week prior to the event 100% Retention will be charged.

  • Licenses : Will the hotel procure licenses for our event or will we have to do it?

    If Hotel procure Licenses the same will be charged to the Booker. If Booker Procure Licenses the same need to be submited at-least 01 week prior to the event.

  • Check In : What are the standard check in and check out policies? Can we get early check in or late check out depending on my guests travel plans

    Check In & Check out Timmings are 12:00 Noon. Early Check In / Late check Out is subject to room availablity and the occupancy on the a day prior to the event incase of early check in & Occupancy of the hotel on the next day of the event.

  • Complimentary Rooms: Will we get a few rooms complimentary to get ready? Any complimentary suite upgrades?

    The same can be taken care on the total volume of the business.
